Sprinkled among the homes are six active adult communities participating throughout the month: Magnolia Green at Charleston Village, The Highlands at Lake Margaret, Parkside Village, Villas at Dogwood, and Cherry Grove. And don’t forget to swing by the newest addition to Parade of Homes, Greenwich Walk at FoxCreek! This 55+ active adult community just broke ground last year and visitors can visit two of their spacious model homes.

Whether you’re in it for inspiration or merely curiosity, all homes will be open for self-guided tours throughout October … oh, and did we mention that it’s free?

The 66th Annual Parade of Homes will occur October 7-8, 14-15, 21-22 and 28-29, from noon until 5 p.m. each day.
