Lifelong Learning, through The Shepherd’s Center’s Open University (OU), offers opportunities for intellectual challenge and social interaction. Eight-week terms in the fall, winter, and spring feature well-qualified instructors in foreign languages, literature, history, political science, art, music, philosophy, Feldenkrais and yoga. Many of our instructors are retired from area colleges and universities. OU is one of the best bargains for quality lifelong learning in the area. The $40 member rate covers all 8 weeks of classes. Membership is only $25 for the year.
