You’ve never heard the blues like this! Fado Nosso is Richmond’s first and only Fado ensemble. Fado is an urban folk music from Portugal that the ensemble expertly fuses with classical, jazz & Latin music elements!
Featuring players from RVA groups including The Larri Branch Agenda, The Richmond Guitar Quartet, Gypsy Roots and Moruza, Fado Nosso draws upon influences from jazz, classical, flamenco and folk, playing a fado that is true to its roots, yet decidedly original.
