Virginia Wine Expo Ticket Contest

Virginia’s annual destination wine event returns for its 16th year, with 24 events spanning 10 days, featuring 345 wines, 140 distilled spirits, food, and culinary experts. From Feb. 28 to March 9, the Virginia Wine Expo offers a diversity of events: intimate wine dinners, masterclass seminars, themed events such as SMOKED, Tequilabamba, and the Sparkling & Champagne Celebration, and the Walk-Around Grand Tastings.
The Grand Tastings at Main Street Station are the heart of the Expo, with two sessions on March 8 and one on March 9 (with early VIP options for two of these). At these sensory-filled events, you can swirl, sniff, and taste hundreds of bottle of Virginia wine, this year’s featured regions: South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, and Sonoma County, California. Also available to sample are dozens of Virginia spirits, ciders, and meads.
Many winemakers, distillers, and representatives will be available to enrich your understanding of these products, too.
And if you find a wine you like, you have the opportunity to purchase it to take home (carefully labeled and toted to the exit so you can enjoy more tastings without toting around your purchases).
